Hotel Donatello Imola

We were traveling through the area and were looking for a stop over . Finally, we found this hotel , and that was a huge relief for us . A reasonable price for a nice comfortable hotel with a perfect breakfast. We learned it is quite unusual in Italy to find accommodation like this ( for this level of price, you normally get an old grandma room ).

The room is big enough for my family of 3. Our stay was very good overall. We enjoyed the breakfast spread. The restaurant serves very good, reasonably priced pizza—you can't go wrong there! My personal highlight is the spa within the hotel. The service and massage were very good!

Big and comforatble rooms; Very clean; Rich breakfast; Nice panoramic view from the breakfast hall on the top floor; Placed in the peaceful residental area of Imola;

Very good price for what you get. Very good breakfast included, free onsite parking and enough hot water for 2 showers in a row, which was a real chalange with every private apartment that we booked in our 16 days Italy trip.

Staff were terrific. The breakfast was plentiful and a charming young man made us coffee when we really couldn't face that awful button machine. The parking was immediately under the hotel and massive. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was very busy as it was a Saturday night. However the staff spent time explaining the dishes to us. Our room had everything and was modern and clean.
